Richard Bench is the owner/agent of Bench Insurance Agency.
He is a native Houstonian. He attended Spring Branch High School and received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Houston. He holds Texas Insurance license for property/casualty and health as well as security 6/63 license. He is a member of the Houston Northwest Chamber of Commerce and serves on the Board as of January 2010.
